I got the recipe for this Crab Salad from my mother in-law a few years ago, as soon as I tried it I was hooked. I make it very often and anyone that ever tries it LOVES it! So crunchy, sweet, creamy and refreshing.
Ingredients
4 oz of imitation crab ( or ½ of an 8 oz pack)
4 cups of shredded green cabbage ( about a medium size head of cabbage)
2 cups of shredded purple cabbage (about a small size head of cabbage)
½ cup of canned corn
3 tablespoons of dill
2 green onions diced
½ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper
3 tablespoons of mayo
¼ cup of sour cream
How to make Refreshing Crab Salad
