This Pesto Shrimp with Angel Hair Pasta is so delicious, and is perfect for any busy day! It’s one of the easiest and quickest dinner recipes I have ever made! I created it because I love pesto, so I was sure it would taste great with shrimp since it doesn’t have an overpowering taste. The shrimp turns out so tender, and the pesto with garlic, lemon, and butter creates such a delicious sauce to coat the delicate angel hair pasta.

INGREDIENTS
2 lb Jumbo or Large raw shrimp
8 oz jar of basil pesto ( or ½ cup )
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 ½ tablespoons of minced garlic (divided)
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons butter
1 box Angel hair pasta

DIRECTIONS
First thing you need to do is start on the pasta, because while the pasta is cooking you will have time to cook the shrimp.
1. Peel the shrimp and mix it with seasoning salt and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic. ( Make sure to mix it well.)

2. Melt the butter in a large skillet on high heat.
3. Empty the shrimp into the skillet and sear for about 3 minutes on each side, then add the pesto, lemon juice, and ½ tablespoon of minced garlic. Mix well and cook for about 5 more minutes, or until the shrimp is cooked through and white on the inside.
4. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and serve. Enjoy!
