Grilled vegetables are definitely my favorite! So flavorful, fast and easy to prepare.
Grill at 450°F for about 15 minutes
Ingredients
1 medium size zucchini
1 bunch of asparagus
½ teaspoon of seasoning salt
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Here’s how we do this:
1. Preheat your grill to 450 degrees fahrenheit on a pellet grill or medium-high for gas. I used a pellet grill
2. Cut zucchini in half longwise, then slice in to 1/4 inch thick pieces. Cut about 1 1/2 inch off the bottoms of asparagus. Throw zucchini and asparagus in to a medium size bowl then mix in the seasonings and olive oil.
3. Lay out a sheet of aluminum foil on the grill and spread the veggies so they’re not piled on top of each other. Cover and grill for about 15 minutes. When the veggies reach a desired texture remove them from the grill and the are ready to serve. Enjoy!
