Garlic Bread

Biting in to this warm buttery, crunchy, garlic toast, there’s nothing like it. So delicious! I couldn’t help myself but sneak extra bites every time I’d walk past a plate of this garlic toast.

Bake at 425° F for 5 minutes

Ingredients
8 baguette slices
Garlic powder
Dry basil
Salt
2 tablespoons of butter

How to make Garlic toast:

1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit. Place butter in a microwave safe dish, cover with plastic wrap and microwave for about 20-30 seconds, until butter is melted.  Place the bread on a baking sheet and brush each slice with butter on both sides.

2. Sprinkle a small amount garlic powder, salt, and dry basil. Place the bread in the oven for 5 minutes, remove it, and serve right away. You can prepare it earlier and just throw it in the oven when your dinner is ready, so you have fresh garlic toast.

So simple and delicious! You can serve this Garlic Toast with any pasta dish, salad or just munch on the toast alone. Hey no one’s judging! You can find a recipe for Fancy Pesto Mac and Cheese with Rotisserie Chicken here as well (shown in the picture below) in the Main Course category.
